Curriculum and Instruction for Artistically Gifted and Talented Students Course 2 of 2 

Prerequisite: Nature and Needs of the Artistically Gifted and Talented (course 1 of 2)

This course is designed to:

  • prepare teachers to design appropriate curriculum for artistically gifted students;
  • explore curriculum models, instructional strategies, and assessments to meet the needs and abilities of gifted and talented students;
  • assist teachers in developing and writing units and lesson plans for serving artistically gifted and talented students; and
  • explore issues related to psycho-social needs of the artistically gifted and talented student.

*Please note while this course will not count toward GT endorsement, it can count toward the full area add-on for Gifted and Talented.
